Approach
A small portfolio of bets.
I run several things in parallel. Most are small. A few are larger. The arrangement is deliberate.
Single-bet careers depend on being right once. Multiple-bet practices depend on being right occasionally and recognizing it quickly when you are. The math favors the second.
Most of what's I spend my mind on will not become anything. That isn't a failure of the model — it's the model. The interesting question isn't whether each project succeeds, but whether the right one does, and whether I notice in time.
I'm allergic to scarcity pitches. The Shark Tank format trains founders to perform urgency at strangers; it trains audiences to confuse pressure for substance. Neither moves real work forward.

The Medium Was Never the Work
The text was never the work. It was always a translation of intent, and the machines now learning to read intent directly are exposing a shape that was there all along.
